The explanation is incomprehensible to me. I suppose it isn't Arsenal Lords and Ladies teams but Men and Women's but they will just use Arsenal until,they need to differentiate - like I suppose in the Champions Cup.

I read somewhere last week that a couple have recently refused to insert either "boy or girl" on the newly born's birth certificate. Nothing like giving a child an early choice to make!
