    I must be mad....

    .... still school holidays, I had a couple of days off work, so..... I'm sat with the kids in the bar at Gresty Road (drinking a diet coke) having driven 185 miles to watch the checkatrade cup game.

    not looking forward to the 185 miles back though.

    it was ok.... but it proved one thing, we have no young kids at all, who are anywhere near ready for the 1st team.

    that includes Barlaser, Sterry and Good.

    it was a good workout for the kids though as Crewe only made 5 changes from their 1st team.

    a decent road trip with my boys.

    the goalkeeper, woolston, looks decent, but he also looks too small.
