Had to happen, but a sad ending. I wish him well. We had 4 very good years by our standards. The 2017 team was probably the best in the last 25 years. The only criticism of that spell is we should have had one or two more trophies.

The last 3-4 years have been poor though. Dreadful football, poor recruitment and the constant meek surrenders to the uglies just not good enough.

He didn’t seem to have a clue how to change it either. Same garbage week after week.

Hindsight’s a great thing, but he should have gone to snake mountain when he had the chance.

As it is, we’ll be the biggest club he ever manages.
