We play twice before Shrewsbury play next. We win those and I think that's promotion dusted.
But as people have said, pressure is mounting. It's that time of the year strange results come in!
If only we where as good as Wigan
They won't drop points. Far too good, far too experienced.
Like Cook has been telling everybody who was nieve enough to listen.
Wigan have the best manager. Best defender. Best midfielder. Best attacker. And Powell is much better than Dack.
Luckily our manager isn't a gob****e. And we do our talking in the pitch. Not in the media.
I can see all the games now, so am able to comment.
We aren't the ones mouthing off in the press though. And I'd rather struggle and win away, than struggle and lose.
Nope completly disagree. We have lost one game since Oct. We are showing no signs, other than being the best side of the division. The other 2 where miles ahead (Shrewsbury 14, Wigan 16 points) and have dropped enough points to see us overtake them. We look like a side gong up, as I've been telling you pretty much all season. We can handle the pressure, the other 2 can't, simple as that. I don't care who comes up with us, we are going for the title now. Rightly so, we are the best side.
We have on many people sat moaning, critising, ****ting themselves everytime Wigan scrape a 1-0.
We have enough people critising the players and the manager. Calling out players. Questioning formats etc. Far too many of those at Rovers. It's bloody annoying.
What DOES make a difference is the 3 thousand who went to MK Dons on Easter Monday on a crappy day. To support the lads.
That makes a huge difference. And would be great to see as many people at Ewood or away for the final 7 games.
I do agree about Lenihan. We did miss him yesterday. I believe he's back for Southend. But no need to rush him. Downing is fine. Williams is probably our best centre half anyway.
