    The big Dave dilemma.

We do need an experienced manager. Big Dave has done great as a stand in and has the love and the support of the players. So when getting an experienced manager he HAS TO breed that same confidence. The question is who? Its a problem. To trust that an inexperienced manager will carry on in this vein is short sighted. Its a problem.

Someone up and coming with something to prove, like Graham Potter or Dean Smith.

I sort of agree 1955 but it would still be a gamble. If Big Dave gets two further good performances then why would you gamble? Apart from Big Dave going on the pitch himself and playing a blinder - what more does the guy need to do to prove that he's worth a crack?

The supporters are totally on side with Big Dave and yesterday, the supporters were very loud in their singing for Big Dave. As they say ( two games pending ) - if it ain't broke, don't fix it!!!
