    By standing back and allowing people to perform their task or duties ,makes those people more responsible an liable to do said tasks more efficiently.
    Good management ,not sleazing.

    As DD has often stated , the guy is probably best politician we have had for many years .
    Salmond was the MP for my area for many years , he still lives closeby.
    You will not hear many people in the area say a bad word against him .

    Aldo, think the shire , at least the north did.
    He held a rally the day after in our village , highly emotional .
    It's not the people from the area that's the problem , it's the people who came into the area ...

    It does put to bed the shyte about workers in Scotland are the same as workers in England.

    Have to say, having worked alongside the English working class from all 4 corners of the country for the last decade, I found most of them have political views to the right of Genghis Khan.

    Genghis Khan was fairly apolitical and quite accomodating of other religions.

    The raping and pillaging didn't help his cause though.
