I agree that it's bloody annoying, though. Even today, I've seen everything from 5 to 14 million mentioned. How on earth are we supposed to have even an inkling of the truth?!

Robin, saw a piece last nite where the headline report was basically saying that a match between two teams just elevated from Champs to Prem was unworthy of plying their trade in the ‘heady heights’ of the Premier.
Yet another ‘shot across the bows’ to induce a break away super league ( above and beyond Prem ).
The mechanics of this may have already been ‘drawn up’.
If so the urgency for us and Venkys to ‘make the jump’ asap may well now be becoming critical, as the monies coming from it are going to be seriously diluted!
