    The loan squad

Ihekwe, Yates, Purrington all got 90 minutes play on Saturday.

They will only improve with game time imo.

Jerry Yates has had some mixed reviews and it may have took him a while to settle in up at Carlisle.
Yes he is playing out wide. Here's one review of him.

" His defensive work and tracking back is excellent, maybe he would make a good right back "
At least he's playing in a Carlisle side that is doing well in League 2.

I remember one or two on here suggesting he might make a better midfielder than a striker.
I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that he started as a midfielder when he was with Doncaster but his father wanted him to play as a striker.
Don't know whether that's true or not.

Yes mellowmiller I've always thought he would make a better midfielder than a striker. His short passing is decent and he tracks back to defend.
It's not as if he's a prolific goalscorer is it.
Good Luck to him up there, at least he's getting game time.

Ball came on after 62 minutes for Bradford, not mentioned in text report.
Ihekwe didn't make the squad for Accy - injured?
Purrington played, picked up a booking.
Yates also played full 90 minutes for Carlisle.

He moved away from Donny Rovers because they kept playing him in central midfield.

Three defeats and a draw though (Ihiekwe, 1-1). None of them scored
