Surely it doesn’t take even us 24hrs to send a fax off lol.
He may need a week with Ross Burberry to get super fit.

[QUOTE=CASPER-64-FRANK;39001428]A friendly bet for bragging rights and a drink in Hospitality cayton.

I say Richie Towell will do well for us as an attacking midfielder in the Championship.
Give him the freedom to get forward as and when required, ( there's a player in there )
My opinion....he's better than Vaulks and Palmer but time will tell.

Welcome back Richie Towell, good luck.[/QUOTE

If I was a gambling man I would take you up on that bet... o wait 😂..
I hope your right m8 and I'm wrong. Not sure how we will determine if he's good or not. I personally think vyner will be good but most think he's shyte...

We will work out if he’s been worth signing once he’s ‘ match fit ‘.
He wants to play as many Championship games as possible and push for International call ups.
Good addition to the squad, knows quite a few of the players and knows PAUL Warne wants 100% commitment
Enjoyed his time with us last season.
If we finish 4th bottom or above and he’s contributed then you owe me.

Josh Emmanuel took quite a while to settle in and so is Vyner. Don’t write Zak Vyner off too early, it’s a marathon not a sprint.

Yes I agree, but the chasing down of Towell seems a bit like making that old suit in the wardrobe last another year.

Nice to get Richie back at last but we also need a midfield stopper. Towell could do really well again this season so hears hoping. I just hope we can get a good free agent beast in now.

Smoke and Mirrors perhaps and don’t forget signing him on deadline day has saved us a months salary lol.

Facts are we’re not yet in a position to sign Izzy Brown, Tammy Abraham who’s gone to Villa.
This is the market we’re in atm.
He could turn out a dud at Championship level however let’s give him time.
My guess is even if he signed on time he won’t play at Wigan. After Wigan we have a two week break for Burbs to work on RT’s fitness levels.
He was injured late July which could have set his pre-season back a couple of weeks.

Thanks Chris Hughton at Brighton for allowing us to sign him on loan.

I wonder if Richie's admirers are called the Towelettes

I predicted that the deal maybe wasn't dead when Ihiekwe went to Accie.
Freed up some funds to offer a bit more of his salary maybe

Howls of derision on here though. Move on. The deal is dead. He ain't coming back

Good job PW didn't give up eh. Mind you some think he doesn't know what he's doing in this league and out of his depth
So true I said it was dead too lol wtf do i know UTFM!!!
