72 hrs post-Laszlo & now with a clearer mind, I'm 100% behind Robbie Neilson. My only fear is he'll not come.
(However I do remember being ecstatic about Paatelainen & was in raptures about McKinnon on their appointments )
If we can't land Neilson my 2nd wish is for our own Laurie Ellis even tho I know a lot of fans won't be happy.
He may be just bursting to get managing on his own, he knows the players & I think the players respect him.
However Neilson's assistant has been Stevie Crawford so Neilson's appointment might signal the end of LE.

Whoever comes in tho will be expected to get us back up this season & that may not be feasible.
If Neilson comes I think he'll ask for two seasons to get us up but with a diminishing budget that may not be feasible either.
    Where are these new investors??

Not close enough to any manager but any manager is a risk. I dont know what football neilson played but key aspects we need to consider are a good tactician, motivator and one that has demonstrated they can throw in plan b c or d when things ho wrong

Key aspects are winning games any which way, don't give a sh!t how.

Totally agree. Both ray and CL lacked the ability to introduce a plan b,c...

A manger with the ability to motivate and change things when required has to be a priority. Bt I wld also hope that whoever comes in has the attitude to go for the kill in matches instead of trying defend 1-0 leads!
