I have just watched German politician Alice Weidel leader of the AfD party give a speech in their parliament about brexit.
She spoke a lot of sense and the speech with sub titles can be found on you tube.
I don't like her far right party but it is well worth a look.

A principled politician, of which there are sadly so few in the current Parliament.
I disagree with most of Dennis Skinner's Socialist views, but I agree with pretty much everything he says in this interview.
As he says, he's been around long enough to understand a lot more about the Common Market and latterly the EU than some of the younger generations who have grown up really knowing no alternative. It is indeed an undemocratic institution.
Is he gammon then?
