    One of the most important things for the January window is to offload some of the non achievers or the ones that simply can't fit in or are shecht. Not only for financial reasons but because when you are living, training, playing with that sort of player the mentality can rub off and even the best players can start to play at the lowest acceptable level. We need positive players with good mentality.

    The new owner has picked a great time to take over. Yes its a financial risk (but thats why its called an investment). Because the price will have been rock bottom and theres an opportunity over a relatively short period of time to bring success to the first team.

    The other issues such a s financial stability, youth, training, buy back of assets etc will take much monger.

    Can't see Robbie having to take and play players others have brought in January window . Wouldn't think he'd be that kind of manager and hes probably got his own players in mind that he wants brought in and who he wants moved on if they can
