To be fair to Smith he's inherited most of that team, he's brought in Mings and Steer has become the preferred GK, Taylor has been coached well & even the old head that's Whelan has improved. The side is more balanced but our options down the flanks are limited and it really showed, I think your manager had sussed this by concentrating on closing down McGinn & Grealish. Some of you on here have said you're not ready to go up and based on your play I agree (in peace), IF we can negotiate the final there will be wholesale changes but Smith's philosophy of going out to win games is refreshing.
