Good manager, just not for us anymore. Got to the play offs last year and just missed out this. We need to move forward now, whatever that means. So many different viewpoints, like "Play the kids".....Forest did that some time back and people were raving about them.....haven't even made the play offs to my knowledge. Certainly not got promoted anyway. A manager and Board with Ambition and an open wallet are the first steps.
