Not won anything since leaving Rotherham, which could suggest we had him while he was at the zenith of his prowess as a manager. He'll probably have them around 6th or 7th until either a better job comes along or he gets the boot for reasons unknown, which seems to be the pattern for him nowadays.
I will always look back with fondness of his time here but now we're back in the same division, I don't wish him well with Gillingham 😑

Changes to rules re loans, home-grown players, etc, have probably diminished his effectiveness. We will see. Still think that he would have kept us up though, despite his faults.

In fairness Brin I can't see anyone on here saying they hate him. He obviously has ways and means of achieving success and in doing so has managed to rub more than a few people up the wrong way. Live by the sword, die by the sword as they say. There's no doubt he played a big role through a successful and enjoyable time in our history and who knows, if he wasn't who he is he might still have been with is?
