On RUFC Official site and no information about where he may be moving to. Not a great 2018/19 season for him - never looked fit.

    Gutted.

Why are they leaving, have they had enough of being goody two shoes?

Doesn’t sound like Forde will stay either.

    Is Pringle coming back yet?

Feel exacty the same! Feel more down today after the news that Newell is leaving than I did at the end of the season. Strange that Pringle also came to mind. Not that I think he might cone back but felt the same disappointment when he left.

Players come and players go but they're simply (very well) paid employees able to sell their services wherever they choose, contractual obligations notwithstanding. Which begs the question why, when we're reputed to be financially astute, have we allowed so many contracts to run down and players to simply walk away. Players who wouldn't command huge fees but who, collectively, could be expected to yield a million pounds in the current market. Some things never change.
The upshot of relegation this time around is that with 12-15 players destined to leave, one way or another, we'll see how good Warne and co are at building a team. At least it's never uneventful being a Miller!

We let players walk away because that approach is non-confrontational.
