    Boxing Day Win!
Following Bournemouth's win on boxing day against Fulham, they now sit 10th, 10 points from the drop and closer to European football being just 5 points off 6th. A dominant performance led to talking points of an Andoni Iraola-less men as he had to watch from the sidelines after his touchline booking against Nottingham Forest. A goal from Justin Kluivert on the cusp of half-time led to Bournemouth going 1-0 up. Assisted by the youngster Alex Scott, who replaced Lewis Cook after he took a knock on the weekend. A sloppy tackle from Joao Palhinha around the 60th minute mark led to Bournemouth's first penalty in 66 matches, with their last one being of when they were still in the Championship, which Dominik Solanke converted both then and now as he continues his hot streak after scoring a hat-trick in a 3-2 win against Forest on the weekend. And finally a Luis Sinisterra goal off the bench to make it 3-0. Bournemouth now go unbeaten in 7 since their disastrous performance in their 6-1 loss to Manchester City in early November. Along that period they've picked up impressive wins such as a 3-0 drubbing of Manchester United at Old Trafford and a 2-0 win at home against Newcastle impressing former Andoni Iraola doubters. Bournemouth will hope to continue to kick on after this as we head into the New Year, and hoping by the end of the season, they'll push past just a mid table finish and by miracle and individual brilliance, finish in a European spot.
