Thanks for posting these all season, been part of the entertainment after seeing a great Notts performance and having it backed up by the stats.

Swindon topped the possession stats with a pathetic 58.30% | Notts 69.37%

Salford topped the passing stats with a pathetic 385.75 passes per 90 mins - 81.30% accurate | Notts 548.94 per 90 and 86.90% accurate.

Mansfield topped the shots per 90 mins stats with 11.19 per 90 - 33.80% on target | Notts 14.33 per 90 with 40.10% on target.

Stockport had the most crosses 18.51 per 90 mins | Notts 22.84 per 90.

Mansfield had the most touches in the penalty area 17.93 per 90 mins | Notts 25.73 per 90

Stevenage had the least shots against 6.78 per 90 | Notts 6.07 per 90

The only team in L2 that has the feintest idea of Notts and Luke Williams' high intensity, high possession, high passing, high shooting tactics is Wrexham. I'm quietly confident of being in the mix for play off's as a minimum.

Very interesting. One stat I’d expect to be different in L2 is the intense press operated by teams. Of the teams who did press us in the NL, very few were able to do so for more than an hour (Chesterfield were flagging from about 70 minutes against us, I’d say, and were dead on their feet in extra time).

There might not be better quality in L2, there certainly hasn't been in previous years but the fitness levels will be better.
