I think that was the best performance of the season so far. QPR are a decent side who have won their previous four games. However, Leeds will be a bigger test and if we can overcome them then it will bode well for the rest of the season.

I cant remember Perriera and Sawyers putting a foot wrong
Centre Halves looked solid, full backs were awesome

Once the centre forward and wingers get in on the action and build up an understanding we will score a hat full

Leeds will be a different game though

My first game of the season. We looked a decent side - made QPR look very ordinary and they had won their last four on the trot. Sawyers is a class act - so much time, space, awareness and ready to put his foot in. Thought Livermore had a decent game. Solid at the back although Bartley in particular still dwells on the ball too much. QPR had read our play it out from the back routine and we almost got caught out. Two fullbacks just terrific - recall we were saying not so long ago we needed proper fullbacks well........ we have creativity and pace in Diagana, Pereira, Edwards and even Philips. Johnstone had nothing to do. Only issue is upfront - Austin is a goal scorer but not sure he fits our pattern of play. I actually liked Philips down the middle and even HRK gave us more options. Maybe we have to be patient with Austin - will surely get better. Then we have a good manager and awesome support.

Sure we will have some poor results at some point but we could be in with a chance of top two finish this year....

Only disappointment was we should have won by at least 3 or 4

Managed to catch the second half floating down the Danube. Other passengers wondered why I was shouting so much. Hopefully get a point Tuesday and then consolidate for the rest of the season. Would like to see Hegazi back sooner rather than later though.

I also thought Livermore had a great game ,
Looks better every game , saying that should have scored if not scored at least hit the target near the end , but a good team performance , one I thought we were never going to lose , well done boys well proud of us today .

Excellent 2nd half and a deserved win. Made QPR look poor. Leeds will be a decent test for us, however we will definitely need a fit Hegazi in the side to perform to our best.
To be fair, whilst Bartley generally does not instal confidence, he covered Fergie well a couple of times when needed.
Kanu looked sharper than Austin, albeit I believe the latter will come eventually good when he finds the net.
Great to see the overall confidence in the team.

Great day out yesterday. Great result, clean sheet and top of the League. Most surprising result wife spent 3 hours in The Westfield shopping centre and never got the credit card out.
