"Protecting the nation from public health hazards.

Preparing for and responding to public health emergencies.

Identifying and preparing for future public health challenges.

Supporting local authorities and the NHS to plan and provide health and social care services such as immunisation and screening programmes, and to develop the public health system and its specialist workforce.

Researching, collecting and analysing data to improve our understanding of public health challenges, and come up with answers to public health problems."

Yep, I think that just about covers your areas of concern, Public Health England, that's who you need to get in touch with to answer your question 59. You're welcome.
As I have pointed our Mon Ami, PHE are a part of the Government. Employed by the Government. Take their orders from the Government. Funded by the Government.

Blaming PHE is blaming the Government.

"Harvesting" our old folk. Can it really be the Tory policy?

I mentioned somewhere, "Socio-economic genocide". Horrible to contemplate isn't it?

Yes, but he is not the Government, he does not run Public Health England nor the NHS. In a recent post for BT I listed the Directors of Bolton NHS Trust, there were 12 of them, under them there are other levels of management, god knows how many managers, just to run one hospital, multiply this by the number of hospitals in the NHS and sack the lot. If it's Hancock who runs the NHS and not them, then bingo, NHS funding problem resolved at a stroke and the NHS carries on just as before.

But that's nonsense isn't it, it's not going to happen, it won't happen, it can't happen, because the NHS needs those managers, or a lot of them anyway, because they run the NHS, not Matt Hancock. Why I am having to explain something so self evident to an intelligent person such as your good self 59, I have no idea, perhaps it's BDS, I can think of no other explanation.

It's the latest traitorous Remoaner plot BT. It was the aging, bigoted, racist Little Englanders who swayed it for Boris and Sir Nigel according to the Remoaners, if only the referendum had been delayed a couple of years a lot of them would have popped their clogs and Remoan would have won. Now they're getting Covid19 to hurry them along, you just see, in another couple of months it will be LibDem and Labour policy to hold another referendum before the transition period ends, on the grounds that the harvesting of gimmers/aging Brexiteer bigots has changed the demographic and the overwhelming majority of the population now clearly want to remain in the EU.

They'll stop at nothing these Remoan fanatics BT, they have no shame, you and me both know that.

According to the Independent, "Boris Johnson is facing growing pressure to launch an independent public inquiry into the disproportionate impact of the coronavirus pandemic on people from black, Asian and minority ethnic backgrounds in the UK."

Looks like we are targeting "others" too.
