Hi Alf, got back early Sunday morning, sold our house while we was in South Africa & our stuff was placed in storage as the bungalow in Weeley has not gone through yet, Matron has to work her notice anyway which ends at the end of the month, so we are at her daughters near our ex home in Petts Wood living out of suitcases which is driving me up the wall, thanks for asking Alf

I know what you mean Alto,i had six months of it when we sold our house ,a living nightmare flitting from different places to stay.. It was worth it in the end though. Stay safe and stay calm.. Lol

Good to have you back Alto and I hope the trip went well.

Not an ideal situation at the moment but you'll be settled in before you know it.

Burnley have got their mojo back since you went away - let's hope it continues!

Bear with it Alto, it'll all get sorted in due course and be worth it in the end, we're living in our 10th house now, so I know all about the pain in the arse that moving can be.

We had to move around when we downsized and spent 10 weeks in different temporary accommodation with our stuff in storage. The best place was in Warkworth behind the pub, in spite of the fact that I met sinkov! lol
Sinkov --you need to get some time in, we are now living on our 25th house and it will be a wooden box when I next move!

That's military life for you Sub, I was a civilian, we inflicted it all on ourselves voluntarily. If I had my time again, we'd stay in our first house and never ever move. God knows how much money we've blown over the years on removals and mortgage interest.
