    Martin Jol (hardest of the lot for me)

    must of missed out loads and only Robinson from the last 20 years!

    Totally agree. I remember, as a kid, going to see Baggies play Blackpool and being excited at the prospect of seeing the great Stanley Matthews

    That didn't last for long after Setters got at him early on, and he spent the rest of the game as a passenger in the pre-sub days

    John Wile for sure - maybe more for durability than dishing it out. Badge kisser is probably the hardest over past 20 years. Jol could dish it out with the best. Giles had a nasty streak - but more seen under Revie at Leeds. McInnes was a tough leader on his day. You’ve got to mention Claudio Yakob. Also Paul Gilchrist and Lars Sigurdsson were tough nuts at the back.

    In the time I’ve been watching I’d say although he was past his best Graham Roberts can’t think of too many TBH maybe Maddog Robinson
