    Hamilton - 24h on

Before kick-off Motherwell might have viewed a draw as two points dropped but by 5 o’clock we had overtaken Aberdeen and returned to third place. - External Link

Before the game I was looking for 3 points so taking a long term view thats another game without a win and 2 points dropped. But on the day an away draw with 10 men and our rivals losong ground on us isn't bad. We're now officially safe from relegation and hopefully today both Killie and St Johnstone lose to strengthen our quest for a top 6 place.

I've no logical reason to think so, but playing on the Accies pitch seemed less of an issue yesterday than on previous visits. Maybe we've learned something.
