    Behind closed gates.

    Being considered by EPL. Games are pretty devoid of atmosphere anyway. Imagine what the mikes at touch side would pick up. Possibly over half the players would be suspended for unruly use of language at match officials and each other. Commentators ..."We apologize for any bad language you may have just heard"....played on loop for 96mins...😝
    Banning over 70's as well...😂😂

    What I don't understand is why commentators apologise if an individual utters a profanity in the heat of the moment yet says nothing when the crowd is continually chanting profanities. Also then, why is it acceptable for the use of foul language to be used on TV programmes as a part of the script? Doesn't make sense to me.

    Premier league considering banning over 70s from games, don’t blame them unruly lot, at least the profanities should stop.

    If they have to play behind closed doors, the matches will be shown in packed pubs which is a bigger risk.
