Not a good sign. Having a proper "circuit breaker" could have done wonders to the containment. A watered down version is merely like trying to divert the River Don by standing in it and trying to push the water to the side.

I only mention it because Aberdeen twitter has been awash with posts about weegie bias again, when a lockdown looked likely. Now it’s the same folk moaning that there wasn’t a lockdown today because of weegie bias.
