The Scottish Government didn't allow training to take place in Scotland until well after the English did for example. Therefore whatever the rights or wrongs with that decision it did mean it was impossible to finish the league.

Agreed. The SPFL acted quickly on this occasion to lift any uncertainty on the clubs. Hertz took the huff because they are a *massive club.

They lost on the pitch.
They lost the majority vote of all clubs.
They lost their reconstruction to save Hertz idea.
They drew in the COS.
They lost in arbitration.

Reconstruction could be a good thing if thought through properly, not Budge’s fudge.

We will need to get our finger out and go on a great run and be top of the league roughly around late November/beginning of December. The virus unfortunately is going to interrupt things again (going by what most medical experts are predicting) so if the SPFL panic again then they might just crown us champions around that point. Did the clubs not vote against the SPFL being able to make the decision if it arose?
Or am I thinking of something else?
