Meant to add that in each case one person gets tested positive. Double standards!!!!

Aberdeen issue, Aberdeen problem. Central belt issue, Scottish problem. Cases up here and other areas (outwith Central Belt) are in control. Absolutely no need for further stringent measures up here (but there will be announced on Monday).

If she had shut Weegie pubs and restaurants 2 weeks ago like was done up here, the issue would a lot less. This virus is not going away until a vaccine is found, but now the measures are worse than the cure.

The suggestion that the first minister has a Covid Weegie bias is absolutely ludicrous

The world ends at the edge of the Central Belt for Nicola/SNP in the same way the world ends at the edge of London for Boris/Tories. Nothing to do with covid for Nicola her bias is in everything she does

Fergie did a lot of tremendous work in the NE but he didn’t half leave you all with a chip on your shoulder

It's easy to ignore the bias when you live in an area that benefits from it

It was missionary work. The locals are hostile to civilisation though.

Getting back on track. Looks highly likely that next week there will be some sort of UK wide limitations on social activities to leave work/schools open most likely including some sort of restrictions on pubs etc. For sure that is going to stop any sort of fans getting back to watch football any time soon. Three questions from me

    1. I wonder if that will stop the lower leagues getting back to playing football given costs involved in likely testing requirements (gutted for hertz if that happens of course)
    2. I wonder if Governments will put the stop sign up on teams travelling over Europe to play in UEFA competitions
    3. Could the restrictions even go as far as stopping all football in Scotland - don't think so but if things continue to get worse......

Lockdowns don't work. Looks at Israel, they've just started their 2nd lockdown so obviously the first one didn't work. Neither will the second one, or the third one if they are daft enough to have one.

Every country should have copied Sweden, they are the only country to have handled it sensibly.
