If the Football League didn't complete their season then nobody would be relegated and nobody promoted.
the EFL suspend their season, whilst the NL continued to crack on. How on earth would promotion and relegation matters be settled?

Maybe if things really drag on we could start next season a couple of leagues up...
Thing is the lower league clubs plan their finances around a full season. Will the EFL compensate the clubs? I believe the season will be extended to allow the completion of the competition otherwise I can see quite a few court actions heading the EFL's way.
They might well suspend this season for a while but it will be finished, even if it means altering next seasons fixtures in some way.
If the season is prolonged to June is there not a danger that some players will be out of contract
