Sitting in a pub in Leuchars
It’s really busy .No one seems bothered about the virus

They would have been bothered if they listened to a London doctor on Radio 5 live,this guy was in his 40's and had just finished his shift.He was rather shaken because he had to put a patient his age on a ventilator tonight.As far as he is aware this patient has NO underlying health problems.
He was pleading with people to start taking this virus seriously and to stay indoors if possible,the scenario he painted was bleak,unless the country wakes up he will have as many as 8 patients needing a ventilator and only have 1 available,in other words 7 who could be saved will have to die.

The Doctor on Sky News was not over playing it tonight,he knew the Italian health care system pretty well and said they have much more provision than the NHS but they have been swamped,if we do not learn from mistakes made in other countries we could end up with more deaths than Italy.
He also mentioned that there is alarm in Italy because many of the new cases have been younger people and the older patients have hoovered up all the ventilators available and need them for at least a fortnight.
