    Wisbech stay up.

Ive seen some bad teams, we all have, especially coco, but the Wisbech team at the beginning of this season was the worst I have ever seen. Those players even got paid. When the manager got sacked it transpired that there was no training ground, they got together on match days.

I don't know how you can expect to survive like that, but the chairman did. He also told everyone that he was going to sack the manager a week before he did. So everyone knew but the manager.

Wisbech are a decent club, with good gates for their level, they don't deserve a dufus like that. If anyone needed sacking it was him. Anyway they did improve, but were still far short of what was needed.

And now they stay up as the non league season has ended. No lessons will have been learned. The capacity for people to fowk up is as wide as the sky. The chairman cant be a football man to know that not training is terminal.

Its still a good afternoon though, burger chips and coffee for a fiver. Double that at least at the Abbey.

The eternal groaner. p.s, I even have a Wisbech mug a collectors item. They have a club shop, and have the FA VASE on display, two of them as they lost finals in the early 2000s.

I said I hope you take them home at night. The bloke said no. I said if this was Brum they would be gone by the morning.

When I read about the lower leagues of the football pyramid season ending I thought about Wisbech and how they had been let off relegation,Carlton had been having a very good season until the virus stopped play but I put that to me not seeing them all season,I can stop a teams good run merely by walking through the turnstiles and cheering them on
Will the clubs be compensated for having their season closed early as it's going to hit them worst than the clubs above them, what about my trip to Wembley,is the FA Trophy still going ahead? These are questions that need to be answered
