Fair enough. Apologies JR if I’ve misunderstood your views.

Well, he has never told the truth about anything before. I could reel off a list ( a long list) of lies if you want ? He might have mild symptoms but no way hes as bad as the news making out .. If he told me it was raining I'd have to go outside and check myself.

Dobmeister, I'm sorry if my comments got under your skin but I follow politics pretty closely and have a fair idea how the Tories work. Believe me, he will come out to a fanfare like the second coming and will be enough to win him the next General Election there and then.

This was only going one way and I'm glad we managed to get a few points on the board early in the season. Anyway, it's a big if still for the league to finish this way but I'm sure we will be voting for it . It's at this point I can look with glee at Partick and McCall possibly finishing below us by a fraction of a point on average points per games . Maybe that's the bad part in me
I was thinking about this last night with the first two quarters giving Queens 13 and 12 points then 3 points in the third quarter.
Ironically, Brownlie's header to win the match 1-0 at Firhill for Queens may well relegate his new club Partick.

I’ve no issues with your views on Boris and you’ve no need to reel off any list of lies. He is indeed a stranger to the truth now and has been for as long as I’ve been aware of him. I do however take exception to a view that would seem to suggest that highly professional medical and nursing staff would collude in some scam to make it seem Boris was more unwell than he was thereby using up a critical care bed in an already overstretched hospital. Just not a credible view in my opinion and frankly hugely insulting to those staff. To me you are allowing an understandable dislike and distrust of our PM to cloud your judgement. I suspect we’re not going to agree on this even though our opinion of Boris would in fact seem to be very similar.

JR, I'm very disappointed in your points of view. Let there be no doubt that this virus has no consideration for creed or colour, wealth or poverty, it will strike with impunity, - and Mr. Johnson had a 50% chance of getting out of ITU, - like you or I would have had.

Rather than people scoring political points, - we must understand that the only way to get through this is to stick together.

I said, a few weeks ago, - when I was being pilloried for suggesting that Covid-19 was a very serious matter, that there will be a new world order, - which none of us can guess what that will be.

Perhaps the best guess might be to suggest that China will be top dog. They addressed the initial outbreak in a way that the 'west' couldn't and they appear to be coming out of the first wave.

The problem with tsunami's is that the first wave can often be the precursor to a much greater one.

One thing is for certain, - unless or until the world gets a vaccine, none of us should resort to petty politics, - when our very lives depend on that most valuable of discoveries.
