    Evening Tele

Nelms pushing for a guarantee on league reconstruction.

Probably 14-10-10-10 but that suits us for next season.

Boys playing a blinder so far

That's what I think will happen but would have happened anyway without Rangers hating us for evermore and all that entails.

Would be a bit pointless if it's just that.

If he can get it “guaranteed” that’s a lot better than “might happen”
I wouldn’t trust them not to Chuck the Jambos down to our league without a guarantee, they were quite prepared to chuck Partick under a bus

said it before anyone with a conscience and a love for the game of football surely cant say its ok to relegate thistle/pick a champion from falkirk and raith etc.

dont give a monkeys who has a deciding vote on that,to vote for that is just wrong in footballing terms.

dont buy into the "its about the money" as the member clubs can change the rule if they wanted to.

i really really hope that Dundee FC do the correct footballing thing and stick by the way they were originally voting

I can only imagine what’s going on behind the scenes ,clubs desperate for cash want it resolved but they could be payed a percentage surely ,Dee need to hold for 7_10 days and force league reconstruction, firmly believe SPFL have made a monumental mess of this vote and the process , Easy Fife chairman now saying he was forced into making a quick decision unaware of the 28 day caveat.

Think Dee will vote yes soon, no even 100% there will be much reconstruction either.

'Titles are awarded over the course of a season. Relegation is decided over the course of a season.

The season has not,and imo will not be completed, therefore no title and no relegation should take place and season called null and void.

We all know this is all about Celtics desire to be crowned champions.

    The only correct answer'

If the bosses at the SPFL had half a brain they could award the sum paid to the bottom club in each league to every club in that league and then pay the extra sum due after the leagues are played to a finish. The team that finishes bottom of each division would receive no further payment. The money is sitting in the SPFL’s bank account so there is no problem operating this system as a ‘one off’.

If the intention was fairness, integrity and a concern for all clubs they would do that. And there’s precedence, with one of the bad winters they did exactly that.

The money is being used as a tool to get exactly what Doncaster and Lawell decided was the plan.
