Well it seems to be going the same way as the Man City takeover. PCP are the brokers in this not the buyers, they in our instance will keep 10 percent as their part of the deal then the Rueben brothers purchase 10 percent and PIF purchase the other 80 percent.
Staveley brokered the deal at Man City and it took their owners just over 3 weeks to conclude the deal and buy up all the shares.
