Yeah I think there is probably a strong element in amplifying our case and the impact of whatever decision the panel make. Every week on Sportsound and every day from Tom English its poor Hearts, poor Partick and how a great injustice this with no thought being given to the implications of penalising the clubs who actually topped their leagues as opposed to being crap all season.
