Just remember who it is and what the fall out from this would be. The Premier League against PIF of Saudi Arabia. Stop reading click bait from Ashley fed journalists. Take the Bein letter with a pinch if salt. Ragatino has already explained the political side of that.
Only 3 people have ever failed this test, do you think the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia will be the 4th.

    i completely agree with this.

I read yesterday, that another club, may have been Citeh or Sheff Utd, they failed the fit and proper test, so they just reshuffled the board members to get it passed.

For those anxious souls here's some more news to raise your blood pressure!

The government has been urged to "take a role" in the potential £300m Saudi-backed takeover of Newcastle United.

Clive Betts, the chairman of the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Football, said Saudi Arabia's alleged role in pirate network beoutQ "should be an immediate priority for regulatory scrutiny surrounding the takeover".

The broadcaster has been illegally showing Premier League matches in the Middle East.

Oh hum! One a day methinks. Best they make their mind up soon otherwise who knows what they will throw at the takeover next: "Newcastle Fans not fit for purpose has they have not known success for such a long time, it would be detrimental to the North East's mental equilibrium?

They are riding on the back of the publicity this takeover is bringing. The rules of the test are in place and no amount of letters can change that. Its happening and they all know it.
Instead of letters to the Premier League expecting them to make a stand or expecting our fanbase to make a stand, if they are that outraged over SA human rights why don't they write a letter to Boris Johnson. The govt have no problem taking SA money.
That Koshoggi widow is on on the act now. While it was shocking what happened to him, lets not call out the Saudis when we all know who he was. He was a terrorist himself and was once Bin Ladens right hand man.
