ISRAEL IS NOT OCCUPYING JUDEA & SAMARIA

By law, occupation can only occur if the land belongs to a sovereign power, which was never the case here, and a state can hold onto land
which continues to be used for belligerent purposes against it.

And it’s not just the haters. At least one news site reports that she was shot in the head by an Israeli sniper.

Except she wasn’t. She was almost certainly killed by one of her own.

Police told the family that the bullet was apparently fired from the area of Anata, a town across the security barrier and inside Palestinian Authority territory, Abu Riyaleh said. Local sources in Issawiya cast doubt on the police version as the family lives in the middle of the neighborhood and not near the security barrier, Haaretz reported. Palestinian sources said that Qara’een’s father had previously become involved in a family dispute that forced the family to move to Issawiya a year ago.

An Indonesian newspaper reads : ''Mengenaskan, Gadis Kecil Palestina Tewas Diduga Ditembak Sniper Israel.
(Translation): Remorse, Palestinian Little Girl Killed Allegedly Shot by Israeli Sniper

How much more hatred is spewed out ?

Rouzan Ashraf Abdul Qadir al-Najjar ( Arabic: رزان أشراف عبد القادر النجار ‎ Rouzān 'Ashrāf 'Abd al-Qādir an-Najjār; 13 September 1997 – 1 June 2018) was a Palestinian nurse/paramedic who was killed by the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) while volunteering as a medic during the 2018 Gaza border protests. She was fatally hit by a bullet shot by an Israeli soldier as she tried to help evacuate the wounded near Israel's border fence with Gaza.

First you posted about a 4 year old ,which seems she was hit by a bullet from gunshots fired from another Palestinian town. Whilst the family was eating they did not hear gunshots, plus if the IDF was there they would have gone indoors. I say about that incident, you can not say it was from Israeli soldiers.'
Now its Ramadan, and Arabs sometimes celebrate by firing shots into the air.

Now Rouzan Ashraf Abdul Qadir al-Najjar,yes she was hit in the chest but some Arab media report 'brutally' killed. This is picked up bu the media from Timbuktu to Little Lever. however the N Y T covered this and report.

    Suddenly, there is another gunshot.
Mohammed Shafee, a medic, sees things “fly into my body.” He’s sprayed in the chest by small bullet fragments.
Mr. Abo Jazar perceives an explosion on the ground, then screams in pain. He’s grazed in the thigh.
Behind them, Ms. Najjar reaches for her back, then crumples
Ms. Najjar is picked up by protesters she had treated just a few minutes ago. As they carry her off, blood pours from her chest.

Three medics down, all from one bullet. It seemed improbable.
But The Times’s reconstruction confirmed it: The bullet hit the ground in front of the medics, then fragmented, part of it ricocheting upward and piercing Ms. Najjar’s chest.
It was fired at least 120 yards from where the medics fell. Was it unintentional? One bullet and it seems they were hit by shrapnel ?Yes but in such a situation things do happen.

So we hear about the nurse but not about Mohammed Shafee and Abo Jazar, why? Yes, one bullet, two injured and one killed.
Because they want to let the world know that she was shot in the chest ,by an Israeli sniper.

    Look at Arab propaganda :

    https://www.palestinow.com/btselem-i...zan-al-najjar/

A Soldier is drawn where he shoots clean into her back, now explain how two others were injured?? An investigation conducted by B’Tselem substantiates the circumstances in which 20-year-old Rozan a-Najar was killed.

Since its establishment B’Tselem has published testimonies, comprehensive reports and regular updates on human rights violations in the Occupied Territories. The impact and power of the written word are greatly amplified when coupled with visual documentation. Images provide a direct experience that cannot be ignored, compelling the viewer to face reality and see the violent routine of life under occupation.(Gaza is occupied ,since when? )....... Israeli security forces deliberately fired at Palestinian paramedics wearing medical crew uniforms who were 25 meters from the fence:
NYT says : ...they were at least 120 yds from the fence!
    (cont)
''Rami Abu Jazar and Mahmoud ‘Abd al-‘Ati were also taken to the European Hospital, where they received treatment for the shrapnel wounds and other cuts they had suffered. They were discharged from hospital the same day.''

If as the Palestinians say, she was shot through the chest by one bullet, how can it be that the others had 'shrapnel wounds?'

    Someone is telling porkies again!!!
