OT What Made You Smile Today?

Life's too short for all the bickering on this site, so how about a positive thread?

Today, I have a guitar lesson booked (1st one in ten years since I left music school) with a top teacher, and I'm really looking forward to it.

    What made you smile today?

Aw, well there's my 2nd smile of the day! Good work on the fart, if you appreciate the wider ambience of the trumpet, Amazon's Alexa does some decent farts.

Excuse my big ego (all guitarists have massive egos), but I can play anything I want, which becomes a problem in itself as it makes you lazy. Its a bit more conceptual study, with some technique boundary push that I'm in for. You can never stop learning and improving as a musician, that's the fun part.

    Must be brilliant...seriously.

Out of interest...can you play in the style of anyone you want...like - going back a bit - Bert Jansch to Duane Allman or Hendrix.

Please, please don’t tell me you’re too young to have heard of them!
