The pizza, bbq and drinking in London parks go some way to explaining why this country has one of the highest death rates in the world.

Added edit: I was in Boots getting the wife’s prescription, the junkie who was wanting in and wanting to fight everybody cos he couldn’t wander around the store was a typical example of why it can’t be lifted just yet.
