    What's the rules.

When you are walking towards someone?

I seem to be stepping into the road much more than other folk.

I wuda thought those with least in their group made way but it seems to be pretty random.

No sure if I'm making way too easily, being too polite (plausible but unlikely) or sub consciously terrified.

    Anybody?

Cyclists in my opinion should not be cycling on the pavements.

I have seen every age from people aged 13 and upwards up to OAP’s cycling on the pavements in Dundee.
If they want to cycle on the pavements then they should be forced to use a three wheeler trike which we used to use on the pavements when we were very young.
Perhaps these cyclists who are cycling on the pavements have never grown up.

Is a tricycle somehow safer for use on pavements than a bicycle then?

You cannot cycle as quickly on a tricycle and your can hear them coming.

What's the rules where you're walking along the pavement and you come across Aggie and Elsie standing gabbing with each other, taking up the whole pavement, and refusing to move for anyone? Do you have to go onto the road or can you say '**** off out the way you selfish, crusty, coffin dodging *******s?

And what about the same pavement when you're walking along and the Slug family are heading in the same direction, walking at approximately 0.5 Kmph, again taking up the whole pavement and all you want to do is get to Jake's for a paper? Do you have to go onto the road or can you say 'get out the way you selfish, fat *******s'?

Ask your MP or MSP. They set the rules.

I don’t fear passing anyone me of having anything they could pass on to me.

If someone want to avoid passing me I have no problem with it.

    Its about being sensible.

If someone coming towards you is coughing or sneezing I’d cross over, if not I’d just walk past
