Thread: Burnley Director's salaries revealed.

    Burnley Director's salaries revealed.

Just had a scroll through the salaries that are paid to the Directors of some clubs. £5 million to a couple of hundred thousand per annum is the industry norm.

Our directors? Nil. Zilch. Not a bean. Nothing.

Love of the team over the love of money works for me any day of the week and twice on a Sunday.

Top man in charge, top chairman and a top team of proper directors.

What about dividends ? Just because they didn’t collect a salary doesn’t me they drew nothing.

Look in the accounts army88? We are talking about directors receiving salaries not dividends on shares. I will look it up a bit later.

It appears the directors are not being paid dividends either army88. It really does seem they are in it for the stewardship and love of Burnley Football Club rather than being in it for the money.

Crystal Palace want to give us £90 million to take Tarkowski, Dyche & McNeil off our hands. We will be the richest club in the Championship, without doubt.

Money talks and perhaps some of the supporters will now realise why we extended the dry powder room.During this pandemic Garlick has had to find the key but we are likely to come out of this a lot better than the majority.

Fantastic stewardship IMHO barrie. We have a lot to be grateful for.
