Fudgie is threatening every club with legal action again if they do not back her plan.This time though she has gone a step further,she has 2 QC's looking to see if she can shut the whole of Scottish football down whilst the case drags on through the courts.

Lower league club's are kicking up phuck and Jim McInally(Peterhead manager) has called her a bully,Cowdenbeath and other clubs in the lower echelons including Stenhousemuir,Clyde,Elgin City and Forfar are all against her plan.
