Top 12 with split after 33 matches is MUCH better that this hearts proposal.

I remember when the leagues were like the hearts plan and it wasn’t good.

Premier having less teams gets rid of some of the lesser teams and concentrates money and resources where it is needed.

Unfortunate for hearts but their own fault they got relegated

Fewer teams. Seriously though, the Hearts proposal is just nonsensical, I don't like it at all. Hard to see it gaining much support too be honest.

The bottom 8 sinks it Terence, that means only one visit each from the OF for the likes of Hamilton,Ross County and ST Mirren etc. There would be loads of meaningless games in the 1st season in the bottom 8.In season 2 things would spring to life though as half of the bottom 8 would be relegated.

The bottom 8 would make half of the season mostly meaningless for about 4 teams or more.

Not what sky or anyone wanting to watch exciting decent matches would want!

And the turkeys voting for Xmas with the mass relegation the next year.

Hearts are really flogging a dead horse again and again with this one

Time for them to move and get ready for the trolleydome next season 🛒

This is absolutely nuts. SPFL now threatening lower league clubs that can't fulfill a 36 game season with expulsion from the SPFL because 'thems the rules'. F*ck me.

Hearts and Budge are really ****ing embarrasing themselves now. Whats next a top 6 league only based on average attendances? Actually i hope she doesnt read that idea ....

Edit: we would be in that
