    The retail site is still at www.rotherhamunitedshop.co.uk and your details will remain the same there although we are in the process of changing that website and system too.

    A further announcement will be made about that system once everything has been completed.


    And ST auto renewals will be transferred to new system

    We have copied across the auto renewal information as well so if you are on that scheme then we will auto renew your seat as we have done in the past.

    We are not sure when the auto renewal process will take place or when season tickets will go on sale so keep an eye on our main website for all the information.

    When I click on "Favourite Seat" it says "You do not have a favourite seat saved" so that may be the case.

    I think seat numbers may change but season ticket holders will be renew like normal but have the same seat but it will have a different Number on it.

    Maybe it will say hahaha bye bye posh 1 😂

    New on line shop up soon
    TBH I’ve never had an issue with delivery from shop so not sure why they’d want to alter it
    This new provider best not mess up

    Sorted brother-in-laws out no problem with shop & ticketing.
    Mine did the shop easy, problems with ticketing, contacted John Bird at supporterservices@rotherhamunited.net John sorted the issue out, now I'm up and hobbling along.
