    Getting a e-mail from club soon if your on data base

    The club is currently in the process of launching a new ticketing website.

    We can confirm that, we are indeed, emailing all of the supporters on our database, asking them to reset their passwords and update their details.

    Whatever it is I hope I don’t have to change my password/username again after last time they decided to change things, it was a bloody nightmare.

    Presumably if you're on Direct Debit auto re-new nothing will change ?

    Looks like passwords cant be exported the new company server. Need to check if theyre allowed to transfer your bank details.

    Can't even change mine

    Just get error messages

    Good job there's plenty of time before we'll need to sort the renewals etc !

    I suppose when it’s up and running they’ll let us know all details
    We have time like you’ve said Bramley.

    I’d imagine retail shop will stay the same on line, I’ve just had a delivery from them with no problem

    E-mailed supporterservices@rotherhamunited.net and John Bird sorted it out

    Also Retail is going to swap over next month so expect another e-mail

    The retail site is still at www.rotherhamunitedshop.co.uk and your details will remain the same there although we are in the process of changing that website and system too.

    A further announcement will be made about that system once everything has been completed.


    And ST auto renewals will be transferred to new system

    We have copied across the auto renewal information as well so if you are on that scheme then we will auto renew your seat as we have done in the past.

    We are not sure when the auto renewal process will take place or when season tickets will go on sale so keep an eye on our main website for all the information.
