The whole take over has been over taken by the Quatar/Saudi geo-politics.
But yes Richardson is usually pretty decent and reliable.
So here is hoping.
As someone else said, maybe they (prem/FA) are timing takeover announcement with the project restart announcement so that news is diluated.

This is probably the way we would find out. The Premier league will not announce anything, the outcome will of been passed to the new owners and then it is up to them or the seller to announce it. Since Ashlie does not say anything it will be a statement from the new owners but i dont think they will say it til the money has been paid (2 or 3 days for the transfer of funds to complete iirc ) But anyway I am hitting the cans. Been dry since 10th march and am gasping
