    Harry's Heroes

    Did anyone else watch / enjoy the mini series following some retired England players prepare for and play their German counterparts? I won't spoil the results but I thoroughly enjoyed it, it's good to see some of the old boys playing, a bit of humour, and some serious stuff too.

    Kevin Phillips played a game, messed up an open goal by fannying around before squaring it to someone in a worse position. Reminded me of his struggle against us at Wembley in 2007, and probably typifies what he was coaching our strikers for a few years!

    Adi I've not watched it mate . Afraid once I saw the name Redknap that's was me finished Sorry just can't stand the man Don't like the way he bankrupted Pompey . He always comes across to me as money mad He even conned a million out off Mel just to hold Wassalls hand . Drive all the way to Monaco with his wife to open a bank account in his dogs name Sorry he's not for me but glad you enjoyed it you can watch it with my wife she thinks he's lovely and Jamie

    Yes Adi he was an excellent centre half and captain I was a mere ****ager when I watched him Probably the best centre half we've had in my time Just about shaded Stimac
