    Sunderland v Newcastle

At 3pm on NUFC TV I remember this game so well with Shearer putting the Mackems to the sword.

    SMB 1 Newcastle 4

Streaming on YouTube from 3 o'clock. Full 90 minutes of our victory at the Bungalow of Shite.

What a day, man. The road signs repainted on the way to read 'Stadium of Shite, the unmatchable electricity of a packed away end against the mackems, the sinking feeling when they scored and the North East's village idiots singing 'one nil to the Championship', Chopra coming on a scoring right in front of us (I didn't celebrate at first because the ref was running towards us laughing and shaking his head so I thought he hadn't given it and at the time it looked like a foul on the 'keeper), the push on N'Zogbia and the elation when the ref pointed to the spot, Shearer smashing it in and us celebrating like lunatics as the mackems looked on in despair. Charlie dancing though their defence and-genuinely it seemed like this-time slowing down as the ball sped towards the corner of the net and the utter bedlam that followed, Luque standing in front of us, hands clasped as we went beyond pandemonium after the fourth, 'we'll meet again' being belted out at regular intervals which only made their faces screwed in absolute hatred even funnier, the steward getting such grief from the away end that he threw the corner flags down and offered out the entire away support then slumped dpwn on a barrier and had to be consoled, the 'strangely' empty streets on the way back through their shit tip and the feeling that we owned the world as we got off the bus back in Newcastle.

    Absolue magic. Enjoy.

Aye watched it and completely forgot what an ageing sh i t team we had.
The most glaring thing that jumped oot,was the number of pink seats on show (alreet they were already relegated) but howay man? This is the reason they are in league 1,spineless,dummy spitting filthy ba5tards!!! They couldn't be ar5ed to turn oot for the derby.
Bet the fair weather tw@ts were spitting feathers at half time, sitting in their grimy pubs watching it on the big screen.
They certainly gave us a good ganning ower in the first half, then the footy gods intervened...

Great result + end of the game.

But what a load of terrible footy, 60+ minutes before we even had a shot on target... Really bad game for the neutralist.
