    Motherwell ST pledge

All fair enough but still no mention of 2019/20 refunds.

    Not sure about this part:

“Everyone who buys a new season ticket will also be given free entry to our first UEFA Europa League match”

How can free entry mean being there in person if matches are behind closed doors?
It’s also not clear whether qualifying rounds are going to take place.

Maybe we're taking some more care in preparing the wording for that Elephant in the Room? I'm fortunate enough not be looking for a refund; that won't be the 'default' position though. So, it needs addressing and communicating. The focus is on advertising our new season ticket enrolment. And, some would say in respect to partial refunds ... 'if the people don't ask - the people don't get'.

I think very few ST holders would want refunded but it's important to ask.
