    Not sure. I can understand why there is more effort made to save them if the Championship is struggling to start but all the same arguments against remain. And a 6-8 split after two rounds has the potential to be absolutely awful.

    I never especially liked the system we have now but I have to admit it does tick a lot of the boxes that fits Scottish football's circumstances. There's a reason this format has lasted some 20 years with only the minor tweak of adding the play-off - I don't have time to check right now but there's a good chance that's the most stability the top-flight has had since 1975...

    I doubt it'll pass. Quite a few sweeteners in the proposals to garner more support but in essence its a save Hearts plea.

    I hope it doesn’t pass. Don’t see any benefit for existing clubs in premiership.
