However my main point is that the club is now a capitalist corporation as much as modern day football is and has to find its corner of the market to survive and grow .
It's old socialist concept under John Dennis and Patrick Cryne to a certain extent is no more .
If it isn't a viable business then it goes just as the same as a number of companies do , the strong survive the weak go to the wall , market forces are king .
None of the fanbase were ever involved in the process we have today , we didn't have a say in it although I was initially willing to give them a chance myself .
The clubs history , tradition and importance to the town and community are no longer relevant , it's naive to think they are , only a locally born owner would understand it anyway .
Chien and Conway are from the US who think nothing of moving clubs to another city if they aren't getting the bang for their buck , Oakland are set to lose their Raiders for a second time when they move to Vegas after losing them to LA in the 80's before going back in the 90's .
It's brutal but that's the modern world now .
